What do you want from your organisational leaders? What would you want them to think about in what they do and how they interact with their staff? What do you think they would want to achieve in their position?
I asked such questions of delegates I was training this evening, looking at three individuals who were hidden beneath the post-its in the photos below. Was I asking the right questions? Do you think this is what leader should be thinking about in what they do? If not, what are the questions that we need answers to?
Also, who would you like to have been underneath as an example of a good leader? Who knows – maybe they were there. Either way, let me know!
